God's Plumb Line

Amos 7 begins a series of prophecies concerning the coming judgment against Israel.  Their sins were evident, now judgment would come. 

The judgment of a plumb line was an indication that the Lord would measure the nation against his decreed word.  Are we ready to be measured by God?
