Mary and the Angel

Today we begin a four part Christmas series that examines the story of the Savior’s birth through the life of his mother, Mary. In a reaction against the worship of Mary by the Roman Catholic Church, we often shy away from talking about Mary. My desire in this series is not to elevate Mary to a place of worship, but rather to see how God used a common woman as part of the most wonderful event in human history.
